ANAHEIM, Calif., June 28 (Our Los Angeles) — Disneyland Resort’s Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Anaheim briefly closed after a 13-year-old guest exited a ride vehicle and slid down the attraction’s final drop, prompting a local hospital evaluation and a Cal/OSHA inspection, Disneyland said.

The resort said cast members stopped the ride after the boy got out of the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital as a precaution and later released, according to Disneyland.

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health inspected the attraction after the incident. Spokesperson Katherine Wzorek said investigators “did not find any operational issues,” NBC News reported.

Disneyland kept the ride closed for the rest of Sunday and later reopened it after the inspection, leaving only a brief disruption for visitors at the Southern California park.
