How we started

Vegas Valley is a desert home with a skyline known far beyond Nevada. The Strip draws the eye, but the valley also holds neighborhoods beneath the mountains, long summer days and work that continues after the marquees go dark. We started Vegas News Online to cover that whole place, not just the part visitors come to see.

We write about Las Vegas, Henderson, Paradise and Spring Valley as communities people call home. We pay attention to how a decision near the Strip reaches nearby streets, and how life across the valley carries on beyond the lights. Vegas News Online is part of Times Media Service.
